  • Don’t avoid exercise when tired as it will actually increase your energy levels, release endorphins and boost your metabolic rate.
  • Light works wonders to boost your mood so whether it’s a holiday in the sun or investment in light therapy, bring on the light!
  • Avoid stimulants such as caffeine, alcohol and nicotine. These may seem to give you a short-term boost but will make you feel worse in the long run.
