Now for the serious stuff. We all love a holiday without hidden surprises. These terms apply to all members of your group, so please read them carefully.

Book with Confidence

The villas featured on this website are owned and operated by My Ideal Vitality Limited, a UK registered company 6080808. Your rental contract is with My Ideal Vitality Limited trading as myidealvilla.com, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3XX, United Kingdom.

Our partners, Villa Solera Services SL, a Spanish Registered Company B73512642 (referred to as the 'Property Managers' in this contract), are located on the Resort. They will ensure your self-catering stay is as smooth as possible whilst you are there.

'You' means you and all persons using our villa booking service. Your contract will be made against the accommodation you book.

Wellness Health Villas

Villa Ginessa ( sleeps maximum 4), Galena ( sleeps maximum 4) and Villa Brissa ( sleeps maximum 6) are Wellness Villas.

They contain unique non-invasive natural technologies designed to support your health and improve physical performance.

These Villas are not suitable for anyone who has had a pacemaker fitted or is using embedded electronic medical devices. These Villas are not suitable for women who are in the first three months of pregnancy.

Everyone is different and will experience positive results at varying rates. You may even find that you may not notice anything in the short space of time you are here.

Check in - Check out

Check in time from: 15:00pm to 19:00pm. Check out time 10:00am If available, you may be able to stay extra days but only when agreed with the Property Managers, for an extra charge.

Accomodation

Only those persons named at the time of booking, or subsequently advised, can occupy the accommodation.

Should you or any member of your party cause damage to the accommodation or its contents, you will be required to arrange immediate reimbursement before the end of your stay.

The maximum number to reside in the property must not exceed the amount stated unless Myidealvilla.com has given written permission.

The villas are located in a resort that follows its Community Statutes. In relation to noise, nuisance and hygiene you are asked to act responsibly during your stay. The villas are for your enjoyment as well as for future guests and neighbours.

We operate a strict non-smoking policy within the property but smoking is permitted outside on the covered ground-floor terraces.

The villas must be left in a clean and tidy state. Although the departure clean is included in the price, Myidealvilla.com reserve the right to make a retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs should you leave the property in an unacceptable condition.

No pets are permitted in the property or its premises.

Pool Use

You are fully responsible for your personal safety as well as others in your group. Always supervise children whilst they are in the gardens and in and around the swimming pools. Neither My Ideal Vitality Limited, Myidealvilla.com nor the Property Managers shall be held responsible for any injury, illness or death.

It is important to shower prior to entering the pool (outside showers are situated near the pool)- this prevents contamination of the pool ( suncream, tanning lotions etc).

Please remove all inflatables from the pool when they are not being used. The two precautions mentioned above can cause your pool water to deteriorate. If we have to call the pool engineer to clean the pool, you will be charged 45€.

Our responsibility to You

We can only accept the responsibility for any injury, illness or death, if caused by our own negligence. It will be subject to the law of the country in which the accommodation is situated.

Neither My Ideal Vitality Limited, Myidealvilla.com, nor the Property Managers will accept responsibility for any damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to War, threat of war, riots, civil strife, or terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, airport closures, bad weather conditions, interruption or failure of a utility service or the acts of any local or national government. We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase a travel insurance policy to cover the medical costs, third party liability and cancellation charges. We cannot accept any responsibility for you in the event you are not covered by a policy.

General

Besides the accommodation, also included in our rates are: VAT, Meet-and -Greet, How-to-use-the-Villa, fresh arrival linen and a departure clean.

Car Hire

As with flights, you will find good deals via the internet. We suggest you secure your car via trusted websites.

Payments

100% of the total cost reservation (including booking extras) will be charged to your card at time of booking. If we cannot confirm your reservation for any reason, nothing will be charged to your card and we will contact you within 24 hours.

Prices can go up or down, but we guarantee that once you have booked the price on your booking confirmation will not change unless you make an amendment to the booking details.

We reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. We will do so as soon as we become aware of the error.

Payments for extras such as mid-stay cleans can be payable, by cash, to our onsite Property Managers.

On arrival at the resort, the the Property Manager will receive and direct you to your accommodation.

Other incidental charges (service requests from the management company or to stay extra nights) should be made directly to the Property Managers.

There are ATM's, by the entrance of the Resort where you can use your credit or debit card to draw cash, so please be sure to take it with you.

Changes

In the unlikely event that the villa booked cannot be provided, you can either cancel free of charge, and your deposit will be refunded, or accept alternative accommodation of equivalent standard (if applicable).

Where we are notified of changes we will contact you as soon as possible but will have no other liability towards you.

Cancellation Penalties

Penalty payments will be charged to the card used when making the booking as follows:

Cancellations are effective from the time they are received by us.

Cancellations must be made by email to Lucie@myidealvilla.com

You can cancel your booking free of charge within 24 hours of making it, provided that the booking was made more than 35 days in advance of your planned arrival date at the accommodation.

If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, and outside of the 35 days prior to your arrival we will refund your deposit by re-crediting the credit or debit card with which it was paid.

The following cancellation charges will apply for all the other periods:

From the time of booking to 60 days before arrival-30% of the booking
Between 59-30 days before arrival-50% of the booking.
Less than 30 days before arrival- 100% of the booking.

No refunds will be given for rentals that are ended earlier than planned.

If your arrival date at your accommodation is delayed for any reason, you must advise the Property Managers. If you do not, then your entire booking will be cancelled, and you will be charged as above.

If your arrival time is delayed, please contact the Property Managers directly.

Complaints

Our villas are maintained by Villa Solera Services ( Property Managers), located nearby, on the Mar Menor Golf Resort.

These professionals are on hand to assist with any queries. In the event of any problems, please immediately report it to them.

The normal office hours of the Property Managers are as follow:

Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 19:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 18:00pm

Your resort manager is contactable by telephone for emergencies relating to Gas, Water or Electricity at any time, free of charge.

We would like to take this opportunity to also inform you that they do operate call out charges outside of the hours above and the rates are as follows:

Call outs Monday to Saturday during hours FREE
Call outs Monday to Saturday between 19:00pm & 22:00pm 20,00€
Call outs Sunday between 10:00am & 12:00pm 40,00€
Call outs Outside of the above hours 60,00€

These charges are applicable to all situations and items e.g. gaining entry after forgetting keys, resetting TV channels and replacing items etc. The charges are at the Property Manager's discretion. The Property Manager may also charge for repeat call outs even if they fall within office hours.

We will not be responsible for any complaints or requests once you have returned from your holiday.
